The Salt & the Sands beach house is the ultimate coastal retreat. Designed to help you slow down, and enjoy quality time with family and friends. 

❋ Intentional Activities

With a blend of kid and adult activities, your stay is provided with endless connection or time to your self. Kids bike track, pool/air hockey/ table tennis 3 in 1 combo, axe throwing (plastic), darts, giant jenga & connect four and corn hole, cricket set, projector for movies, body boards and fishing rods. The only bored option is playing the board games.

Comfort is at the heart of your stay. From freestanding baths, outdoor fires, outdoor showers, large entertaining areas to automatic vacuum cleaners to tidy up after a day on the beach, you’ll have it all covered so the only finger your lifting is the one while you're enjoying some local wine on the deck while the sun is setting.

❋ The Surroundings

A large grass yard surrounded by native gardens, nestled against the whitewashed deck and open plan living. A beehive sits out the back windows with a view of the distant hills. It’s a short two-minute walk down to the beach or a five-minute drive to a local winery or the well-known Victory Hotel. Sellicks Beach is ideally located for those who want to stay local, explore the McLaren Vale or the Fleurieu Peninsula. 

❋ Your stay, your space

An open plan coastal home completed in December 2025 with three spacious bedrooms sleeping 8-10 people, set up with two main rooms and a bunk room. A spacious ensuite and bathroom. The large deck overlooks the lawns and bike track with outdoor lounges, a fireplace and a BBQ. The games room is set up for endless fun for the kids and adults to enjoy.

As you arrive, take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around you. Anything you need, just let us know. Your stay, your place.
